About C.J. Liu
About Me. During the day, I’m a career-and-business coach. I rely on my MBA skills, my professional coaching training, and my intuition when I work with my clients (mostly corporate folks). At night I’m a 44-year-old MAF (Married Asian Female) with two adorable boys.
A Balanced Approach. I aspire to be Gandhi-like, but I’m often described as intense, direct and hardcore. I like to distill things down into step-by-step processes, help people normalize their experience (No, you’re not crazy.), and have fun, because life is pretty funny at times.
What do I do? I have a blast coaching, which is an incredibly fascinating job. Often I see the beauty and coolness of each of my clients before they can. When I coach I work with my clients to find this place within them and remove any blocks that prevent them from reaching their full potential.
